Chevron is on track for the next iteration of their successful Fuel Your School (FYS) program, this time to help improve the facilities of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) classrooms in the public schools of Bicol. Unlike the P1 for every 4 liters pledge that they started out with back in 2015, intending to raise P5M with the help of 153 Caltex retailers in Metro Manila , Rizal and Cavite, they’ve upped the stakes and tightened up their focus with them pledging to donate P1 for every liter of fuel purchased (no longer a peso for every four liters) at any of their 22 filling-station retailers in Bicol. And those self-same retailers have declared their intent to meet the P3M objective, becoming explicit stakeholders in this new FYS program for Bicol.
